"Supporting Our Students: Embracing Challenges and Building Resilience"

Posted Date: 2/05/25 (11:16 PM)

Dear Parents,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that our Junior High students have recently started track workouts as part of their athletics program, which includes a mix of stretching and running.

As they adjust to these new activities, some students may experience soreness or stiffness in the coming days or weeks. We ask for your support in reinforcing the importance of maintaining a positive attitude and embracing the challenge. This is a great opportunity for them to learn how to push through discomfort with determination and perseverance.

Encourage your child and remind them that challenges—whether physical or mental—are part of the process of growth. By having a positive attitude and confronting obstacles head-on, they can develop resilience and confidence both on the track and in the classroom.

This experience will teach them how to handle adversity and turn it into an opportunity for strength. Together, we can help our students grow not only in their athletic abilities but in their ability to face challenges in all aspects of life.

Thank you for your continued support!

Warm regards,

Mr Stevens.
