Teacher Incentive Allotment

 

Baird ISD participates in the Teacher Incentive Allotment, which is a program where teachers can earn designations and more money. In the spring of 2024, five teachers were awarded designations, and five more were added in 2025. In the 2025-26 school year, we anticipate that 97-100% of BISD teachers will have an opportunity to earn a designation.
