I have been a coach, a teacher, and a principal during my 20+ years in the education. I believe that we are all life long learners and that the education system provides students with the foundation to lead a successful and productive life.

My wife, Dr. Cyndee Stevens, is a Chief Nursing Officer of a local hospital. Between us we have 6 children, 4 who are adults and independent, 1 who will graduate from nursing school in December, and a Senior at Abilene High School.

We have a 1 year old grandson that is the light of our lives.

I am excited to come to Baird to be apart of a great community and hope to be a part of building something really special at Baird ISD.
