Officer Interaction Training

Posted Date: 1/23/25 (:53 AM)

Today our High School and Junior High students attended an assembly with Officer Austin Dunaway from the Callahan county Sherrif’s department. The students learned about what officers do, how to act during a traffic stop, and what expectations and perspectives officers have when interacting with the public. They also learned about internet and dating safety, as well as the harmful effects of THC.

We want to thank the Callahan County Sherrif’s department and Officer Dunaway for their time and efforts to build stronger relationships with our future independent citizens.
