Summer Workout Schedule for this week June 10-13. 

8am-2pm- Open Weight room and Gym(Rock Gym)

Mon, Tues, & Thurs- Coach Lead Workouts- 2pm-4pm

Wed- 7pm-9pm- Conditioning
