The increasing reliance of lonely children and teenagers on AI for companionship poses significant risks to their social and emotional development.
While AI can simulate human-like interactions, it lacks genuine empathy and understanding, which are crucial in authentic interpersonal relationships.
Some Key Concerns Include:

BHS journalism students competed in an online competition hosted by CENTEX last week. They were the only 1A division and competed with 2A and 3A schools. The top 10 papers in each division were ranked, and our students did well.

Elementary & JH UIL District Competition Results
