Baird ISD will hold a public informational meeting about the May 2, 2026 bond election on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Baird ISD Cafeteria, 600 W. 7th, Baird, TX 79504.

The meeting will provide factual information about Proposition A — the $2,500,000 teacher housing bond — including what the bond would fund, the projected tax impact, and voting details. Community questions are welcome.

Early voting begins April 20. Election Day is May 2.
